By using Plus St and any service that we host you are agreeing to the Terms of Service outlined on this webpage.

This section outlines what you cannot do with Plus St's services.

#1.1 Spreading and promoting the use of hate speech.
#1.2 Spreading and promoting content related to underage children, including artistic depictions of such content.
#1.3 Stalking, abusing, spamming, doxing, impersonating, and harassing another user.
#1.4 Excessive advertising and accounts that focus on a company.
#1.5 Posting adult content without censoring it as NSFW, having an NSFW avatar, and an NSFW banner.

This section outlines how we handle the moderation of external users and instances breaking the TOS.

#2.1 Instances that break TOS sections #1.1, #1.2, and #1.3 will be blocked.
#2.2 Instances that break TOS sections #1.4 and #1.5 will be unlisted.
#2.3 Instances that break TOS section #1.5 will have their media forced as NSFW, Avatars removed, and Banners removed.

This section outlines how we handle the moderation of users breaking the TOS.

#3.1 If you break TOS sections #1.1, #1.2, #1.3, and #1.4 your account will be deactivated.
#3.2 If you break TOS section #1.5, your account will receive a warning, and repeated violations will result in an account deactivation.

#4.1 We are not responsible for any content hosted on Plus St and external websites.
#4.2 We at Plus St do not consider ourselves a "free speech" service provider; please do not treat it as one.
#4.3 Plus St is allowed to change the TOS at any time; we will make a post over on our blog when we do.
#4.4 Plus St reserves the right to terminate any account we believe violates our Terms of Service
#4.5 If you believe your account has been wrongly deactivated and does not break TOS, you can contact us to discuss about restoring your account
